Why would you cover up the window? The best light in the world to shave with is natural sunlight. I love to shave in the shower and be able to look out in the yard.

Just me though, good tile work regardless.

Could just be a nook. I saw one in this badass bathroom in a cabin I stayed at in Gatlinburg.

It wasn't a window. I just took out a couple studs to center a recessed soap box.
