When you click on the “plan” website it says this:

"Send the Money Directly to the American People

Stop sending big insurance companies billions in extra taxpayer-funded subsidy payments and instead send that money directly to eligible Americans to allow them to buy the health insurance of their choice."

Calling it a plan is a bit generous. Vague talking points is more apt.

There are a couple wonky points worth discussing.

He mentions ACA cost sharing reductions. He calls it a "neglected". Yeah, that's because he torpedoed these payments (which go directly to insurers, that he tries to demonize as getting too much money but whatever) back in 2017 during his first administration.

He also mentions pharmacy benefits managers getting unnecessary payments. Yeah, we noted that too which is why a bipartisan group of legislators formulated regulations to end this. It was put into the funding bill to be passed at the end of 2024. Then Elon Musk and a bunch of right wing assholes made a big deal about how long the bill was and it was removed.

Unfortunately none of you care or know about any of this because healthcare policy is just too hard to debate with the general public.

Universal socialist healthcare insurance is bad no matter which politician or politicians support such a Marxist scheme.
