Read my linked story. She claimed all they were doing was buying gasoline and that they did nothing to provoke the cops. The truth is they were parked not buying gas and that when the cops wer called to the scene because of ongoing crimes they fled and tried to run a cop over.

Turns out the pair were parked at a gas station in the wee hours of the morning, shots were fired there. The cops came because of gunfire and as they arrived her boyfriend tried to flee in the car. This was AFTER it was known rioting was going on as it was the morning AFTER the grand Jury decision was announced. 16 people were arrested at that gas station. And Lee her boyfriend has a warrant out on him too.

I saw that but how does being parked mean they weren't out trying to buy gas? I've done that when the lines were long or the station was temporarily closed due to power outages or gas shortage after a hurricane. Civil unrest of this magnitude could be similar.
