Republican Senate and House Candidates are claiming that are in favor of saving the Pre-Existing Conditions rule.

They are lying

The GOP House voted 70 times to kill the ACA and held a celebration in the Rose Garden the last time because they were CERTAIN that the Senate would kill it dead.

And the GOP Senate WOULD have save for ONE man. John McCain. And he is dead.

The next time it's gone. All those lying GOP Reps who claim to support PECs will vote to kill it and without the ACA the PEC rules is pointless..

They are using the federal courts. Twenty something states have gone to federal court to have Obamacare ruled unconstitutional. Including preexisting conditions clauses. Their reasoning is that since the mandate is gone the rest of the law should be unconstitutional.

The trump DOJ has proudly announced they will not defend Obamacare in federal court so no one will be there to defend it,

If they get their way and it's ruled unconstitutional, no state will ever be able to ever pass any law protecting those with preexisting conditions. Ever. Protections for preexisting conditions will have been ruled unconstitutional.

So not only do they want to get rid of Obamacare and preexisting conditions in their own states but they want to take it away from ALL states and no state will ever be able to pass any law to protect anyone against preexisting conditions clauses.

Which means millions of Americans will be kicked off insurance and never be able to get it again in their lives.

Oh, and many of those republican politicians who say they want to protect preexisting conditions, are also on that law suit to have preexisting conditions protections ruled unconstitutional.

I currently have coverage through my wife's employer, but I could just as easily use the VA. Where do you get yours? Pimping hookers on the wrong side of the tracks?
