Scant chance of that happening. Spain is trying to rid itself of them but Sunny Beach promotes it.
There was a big problem with Brit bingers and their stag parties a few years back. The drunken louts would go into respectable bars, raise hell and spill beers all over the place. It got to the point where many downtown bars had "No Stag Parties" signs at the front door. It's a funny thing. The Czech Republic is bordered with Germany - now they make some good beer! But Cheskie beer is considerd the best in the East. IN THE EAST. I've had a few bottles of their crap and I can tell you it tastes like chalk/yeast ..... just like all the beer brewed in the East. The only exception is Pirinsko from Bulgaria. Good stuff!
Riga used to be really cheap but prices are creeping up there. It was full of Finns when I was there. Beer is about half the price in the old town but get off the beaten tracck and they vurtually pay you to drink it.
You're probably thinking of Tallinn or you're thinking of Estonians in Riga.

It is easy to confuse the finish language with estonian.
Scotland brought in minimum alcohol pricing laws and you can only buy alcohol between the hours of 10am to 10pm. Alcoholism has increased.

You can get 4 cans of stella for 5.50 but its 440ml not a pint. 440,; is the mst common measurement.
