It looks like events for the political left are taking a turn for the worse;

The Trump administration with it's mass deportation agenda regarding illegal aliens is just more bad news to add to the "vote in person/paper ballot" agenda. The DNC political party is heavily dependent upon the illegal aliens for their votes so the left can be @ least somewhat competitive against the RNC political party. If the "vote in person/paper ballot" agenda plus the current Trump administration agenda of mass deportations of illegal aliens is not bad enough for the DNC crowd, there remains another catastrophe in the making for the DC crowd come the midterm elections, REDISTRICTING;

The left does have one advantage to fall back on though & that is of course the left leaning District Court Justices, with those DC Justices being remarkably effective @ slowing down the deportations;

Again unfortunately for the left, there is the problem of judicial oversight which may end up clipping the wings of the DC justices that overstep their limited area of operation;

Don't defy our decisions, Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch tells judges

From what I can see @ current the biggest challenge the left faces come the midterm elections is for them to avoid getting trapped in what they fear the most, the ole humiliation booth!

The Democrat party has been bleeding numbers even before the 2024 assraping they got. But do you think they learned anything? No, they doubled down on the frootloops with no sign of letting up.
Trump is hellbent on shutting down all the cheating that the democraps do. But the democraps can run on the issues and have a great chance at retaking the house, as long as they stand firm on promoting illegal immigration and violent crime. I think another issue they need to run on is the fentanyl problem. They have to stand up for the rights of Americans to import, distribute, use and die from fentanyl. These three issues will create a blue tsunami next year.

And what do dictators do? They try and stop the opposition from voting.

Good politicians try and stop the opposition from voting ILLEGALLY. Cry and rage all you want. You neo-leftists are going to have to win elections on the issues. Good luck with that. Being PRO-illegal immigration, PRO-violent crime, and PRO just about everything that is bad for America isn't going to work. I bet by the midterms you democraps come out as PRO-fentanyl. God forbid the democraps have to evolve into a real political party and actually do something positive for the people. I know, that is so un-democratic. And racist. And fascist. And stupid.

Problem is you've created all this thing about "illegal voting". And yet where's the evidence?

You can't just stop people from voting because you've decided, without any evidence, any facts, that people are voting illegally.

That's how ******* DICTATORS FUNCTION.

You neo-leftists crack me up. Call Trump a dictator, and a fascist, and a racist, and stupid all you want. The people preferred Trump to what you neo-leftists have to offer, and still do. The real question is, can the democraps ever offer the people a better alternative and actually accomplish it? Trump wins on merit, you win on hypocrisy, hyperbole and propaganda. I actually prefer the political situation like this, the current GOP running the show and the left making fools of themselves.

What on earth is a "neo-leftist"?

I didn't call Trump a dictator, didn't call him a fascist, didn't call him a racist and didn't call him stupid.

No wonder things crack you up when you're not reading what's written.

The people preferred what?

An election that is almost not democratic. You get to choose between two candidates, one of which was chosen simply because she was the VP and done in a hurry, because the other guy was too damn old, and another guy who just lies and cheats the whole time.

The turn out was 64%, that means that 36%, or more than a third didn't bother. Trump got 49.8% of the vote, not even half the people who actually voted, voted for him, that means 31.8% of people who had the vote, voted for Trump. Less than a third of potential voters.

Put Trump in a proper democratic election, he wouldn't have won. But restrict it to just two candidates and look what you get.

And yes, I feel the same about most Democratic presidents too.

"hypocrisy, hyperbole and rhetoric"... sounds like Trump to me.

And to show just how democratic the system is, the last time a Republican became a president for the first time by winning more votes than their opponent, was the 1980s.

Where to start dissecting that BS. First, everybody who wanted to vote in 2024 could vote. A third of the country is so disgusted with how both parties have devolved and wouldn't waste their time voting on politicians who only serve the political establishment and their benefactors. Of the two really bad choices for POTUS, the people preferred Trump. So what if he didn't win 50% or more, Harris got even less. Moreover, after 4 years of Biden, this election was more of a referendum on the entire democrap party and the majority of voters told you that you suck more than Trump. Let that sink in for a second. Lastly, what are the democraps doing with that very valuable lesson? They are doubling down on the nonsense that the people voted against. I have bad news for you neo-leftists, Trump is accomplishing things that no other POTUS was able to do. And the democrap party is convincing the voters that they made the right choice in 2024. Someone better ***** slap some sense into the DNC or Trump will have a supermajority for his last 2 years.

A dingbat.
Actually it gives respect to the old school liberals, who were at least liberal and had some great ideas, they just didn't have the right people to bring them to fruition. Today's left is not liberal, they are angry militants and are best described as neo-leftists.

******* hell, what are you jabbering on about.

Republicans are running against illegal aliens from other countries?
In other words, now you're arguing that obeying/enforcing the law is dictatorial when it doesn't work in democrat's favor?

Well, sure. They are telling themselves that this storm will pass and is just a minor setback they just need to hunker down for and weather the storm until democrats can steal their way back into power.

They think MAGA is a cult, a fluke, that will fall away any day now, returning them to power.

Nailed it. They actually think the people will believe them.

It's likely unconstitutional for the federal govt and certainly the president's E/O to tell each State how to run their own election process.

The Constitution gives that election process to the State government.

True. Like the dems importing tens of millions of illegals to vote in our elections, thus canceling out the votes of actual citizens.
