Exactly. The people who run Portland LOVE this kind of crime. They encourage it, and in some cases even fund it.

All the crazies there are pretty white.
Yeah, I edited my post to add law-abiding to whites ---- because the riots really are all whites, so probably a lot of the burglaries are, too.
