Mr. Brennan should be privately waterboarded, it isn't really a public thing IMHO.

However, Brennan would appreciate it, he is a documented card carrying CPUSA member, having admitted to being a supporter of the American Stalin, Gus Hall back before Comrade Hall achieved room temperature.

Errr...no, he never should have been Director though. The fools who green lit those tortures did far more damage than they did good. It was a time of amger and rage, revenge was on peoples mind, I know as I also wanted the perpetrators to pay dearly. I even contacted the U.S military to ask how I could volunteer. However, it is intels job to protect their nations reputation while collecting actionable informarion,.not pursue a rabbit hunt. The CIA knows that torture doesnt work, its why beyond moral reasons they dont do it. People lie to avoid suffering, this is well known and anyone with training in psychology could have advised of this fact. Some Canandian cops are slow learners too but for differnt reasons.
