It was on a pod cast, and he was just joking around.
The Indie driver isn't gay, and my understanding was that he's not the one
making an issue about it.

I think the owners of NASCAR have sold their souls for the almighty dollar

They are losing the traditional fan base but hope to make up the difference with TV revenue and corporate sponsorship

And who knows?
