POLICE STATE: Cop 'Violated No Policies' After Caught On Video Punching Pregnant Woman...

I can't get it why the policemen are so violent. Either their job is way too hard because of constant assaults on the police officers or they are just genuinely dumb. Sometimes it looks like they don't even differ from ordinary thugs.
