Its deeply satisfying that they have arrested this prick. They are country folk so a lynching may well be on the cards.

Tenbury Wells is breathtakingly beautiful but the shop owners cant afford insurance due to repeated flooding. He has put many of them out of business.

I did two properties in the 2015 floods. The damage by the tractor and his arrest is purely symbolic. Whether windows get broken, more water enters the property etc.. is irrelevant. All windows, doors, floorboards, door casings, kitchens, fires, fire surrounds, and plaster are all ripped out. All contaminated by the sewage in the flood water.

I actually have the book on the procedure to how to go about flood work.

As for insurance, it's called Flood Re -

Everyday is a school day Tommy.

He has put many of them out of business.

Tithead cannot get even the simplest of matters right .
This unthinking fellow put nobody out of business .

To help you Titters :-

A huge storm and flood may have put a few people out of business .
Not one little extra bow wave from a single passing tractor .

Still . You win Clown post of the day .
Not even De Crappy can compete with you .

The farmer will get charged for breaking the glass of the windows that are gonna get pulled out and thrown into the skip.

It begs the question, "If the window was taken out and put in a skip and you then smashed it with a hammer, would you get prosecuted for criminal damage?" 🤔

Is he one of those entitled farmers who think they should't pay tax?
