the barrel didnt explode ... hmmm .. could have been a faulty weak upper receiver .. or possibly something obstructing said receiver .. whatever it is it looks like something to do with the upper receiver .

It was a slap round that he bought from someone and it was over charged.
The slap round is already super powerful without the over charge.
It basically had to much pressure for the .50 Cal to handle.
This is why you dont buy reload ammo from someone you dont know.

It blew off the cap on the back of the barrel,it's a single shot,and the cap blew the lugs off which hit him in the throat.
