Yeah. OTB started really dying in 2009. The casinos took a hit. There seems to be this series of really bad decisions. The Smoking Ban, no slot machines, Ohio, the economy, Kentucky. Why must Illinois suck?

Still it was really, really cool for this guy Papiese to win. He's originally out of Hegewisch, a current hell hole, and he just took it. All of those millionaires with horses from everywhere and a regular Joe just took it.
