It is absolutely beautiful, Lipush. You know, before you all returned to that land it was a barren wasteland - a ghost town according to Mark Twain who visited there. It wasn't until the Jews returned to their land that it began to flourish so magnificently. Interesting, the Hebrew prophets predicted it would be exactly that way. Only when those Jewish hands touched that holy ground and planted their vineyards, fruit, vegetables did the land flourish. NOT UNTIL THEN. How beautiful is that? I love that story. I intend to tell it to my grandchildren some day.

Oh, that would be wonderful.

See in the upper part of the picture, a tiny white building? that used to be my school:D

Your neighborhood is lovely! I can't quite make out which white building but I'll take your word for it! I am a big fan of your photographs! Your last photos of celebration in Israel I sent to my friends by email. They were a big hit. They enjoyed seeing those. - Jeri

Yes. It is a very quiet southerner town. Sunny most of the year. In the middle of the desert. But if living in Israel, it is best to live in the south. Much different than the rest of the country. Better.:)
