Perpetual Motion Machine

Yes and no. It is not perpetual motion, because as we all know it is impossible.

Clues, he said the pointed devices were dragging off electrons yet there is no where for the electrons to go, the pointed pins are on wooden mounting.

hmm.... I guess I should have researched it better, however I did notice several build problems from these guys in the vids that failed. The disk has to be a extreme insulator like polystyrene not hardware store plexiglas as there cant be any leakage. Usually I catch most of the fakes and this guy fwiw does have his electrical science correct. If he actually had micro thin wires connected to it, I wonder how he was able to handle it the way he did? It didnt occur to me that he could also have a high voltage source either nearby.

and that does tend to suggest a source of some kind since they would tend to remain localized wouldnt they.

PM does exist though, the universe is in pm. The more I look at this thing and and the way it acted I am inclined to lean in your direction on it because it seems to have too much force for one thing. I am betting he may be in the near field of some electrostatic generator but it bugs me that the people trying to replicate it do such a hap hazard piss poor job with materials.

I found these two interesting

My plan is to build a 30 foot bird and place it at the edge of the ocean. It will bob up and down forever

I think what all these people are actually looking for is finding a way to harness the energy that is all around us. We have all heard the stories of a farmer who put coils in his barn underneath power lines. Seems innocent enough and appears to get energy from nothing but it is a load on the electric lines and they will eventually find the farmer out. Gravity is a source of energy but it is a source that can't really be used. Because, as soon as weight is used to bring the contraption down, it takes even more energy to raise the weight again. So while such a contraption may run for a long while it will only run for as long as the energy put into in it to get it started.

interesting subject and I don't mean to dismiss your interest. But I am thinking that we need to always keep in mind that in order to produce work energy is required.

True enough, as long as you have a warm ocean, so you are counting on GW?
