Edit: I googled it. It seems as though Google only knows of two examples of black kids getting a perfect score. Google also says that blacks have an average score of 926, which is by far the lowest of all the racial groups.

I don't think it has as much to do with the racial group, but the fact that so many black kids go to Failed Inner City Hell Hole schools, where they learn how to keister their shanks so they can protect their lunch money.
