Pence aide Marc Short stole presidential records from the White House on Jan 6 and admits he still retains them

Well, why is Short still walking around as a free man?

Seriously, the DC Cult tells us how a former President in legal possession (per the PRA) of documents must be indicted. And here we have a Pence aid admitting possessing records he has NO RIGHT to possess.
