Giving both parties to this crime- Reade and Biden- a chance to speak their peace, will give them both a chance to have closure to the issue as well as give the electorate a chance to hear both parties speak in regards to this issue. The Senate is as good enough place as any to have the hearings, as Biden was a member of the body when the attack occurred, and the Senate will be the body to determine Biden's guilt if he is elected and subsequently impeached on these charges.
