What about Peach Jam? I had an apricot tree and got about 5 bags off the tree, friends mom said just buy a sack of sugar and I will make you apricot jam. I ended up with 21 Jars. Delicious! Way better than store bought.

I never heard of peach wine until you asked. I love canned peaches.
