My old peach tree produced so many peaches this year that the branches are bending. Anybody have a good recipe for peach wine?

As good as any.

Don't exceed 4, maybe 4.5 lbs per gallon. Age at least 6 months but not much more. Then learn how to sweeten and make it sparkling by traditional method.

Better still, don't waste time with peaches. You can do better with blackberries.

No. Just eat em how they come. That's what I did with a big crop of Grafensteiner apples. I had the biggest shit ever

Or just go down to the store and buy a bottler...

What about Peach Jam? I had an apricot tree and got about 5 bags off the tree, friends mom said just buy a sack of sugar and I will make you apricot jam. I ended up with 21 Jars. Delicious! Way better than store bought. :)

There are recipes on line but I would eat what I could fresh then can the rest.
True enough but when you access the online stuff you get the usual capitalistic (no offense) request for compensation. I had hoped that forum would provide me with a secret home grown recipe but alas all I get is google stuff.

I never heard of peach wine until you asked. I love canned peaches.
