It has one of my all-time favorite lines:

That, and the sheer brilliance of the end of the movie, where they protest "protesting". Some of you PC haters would love this movie

the best scene has to gutter in front of the senate being questioned and the clips insesrted so it looked like he was being grilled by teddie the drunk kennedy about drugs and drinking. "i didn't ex-ex-exhale?"
