How many other former mistresses were paid to keep quiet by Trump's 'friends'- with a carefully established firewall between them and Trump?

I think it is so very generous that these friends decide to spontaneously and out of the goodness of their hearts to spare a billionaire the expense of silencing his former mistresses.
