Yes, of course I can. When, or if Trump is taken down it's going to need to be done when Trump has lost so much support that there's no risk for another candidate to challenge him on his bid for the crown.

The best example would be DeSantis declaring to be the R candidate for 24. Then there will be no risk involved in taking Trump down and charging him with all his crimes against his country.

That is still not a safe move for Merrick and the DOJ, considering the price Americans will pay in violence on the streets on Trump's behalf.
