My guess is Obama/Biden simply made up the ******* list to torpedo the Trump administration.

That makes a whole lot more sense than the idea that a person who provides wealthy clients with illegal services would keep a list of their names.

Especially if part of the plan was to blackmail those folks. What would he say? "Everyone do my bidding, or I will release the list?"

No, he would be very familiar with the powerful people who uses services and would blackmail them on a one on one basis.
