“Palestinians” and their supporters like to claim that Palies are the ancient, indigenous inhabitants of “Palestine”. Interesting, then, that the UN, the “great protector” of “Palestinians”, actually defines a “Palestinian refugee” as anyone living in “Palestine” just 2 years prior to the 1948 War against Israel. So, anyone from anywhere who moved to “Palestine” in 1946 (2 years before the ‘48 War) became a “Palestinian refugee” almost overnight!
The UN apparently is acknowledging that Arabs and Muslims had a history of migrating to “Palestine” and many were recent arrivals. Otherwise, the UN would have defined “Palestinian refugees” as having lived in “Palestine” 3,000+ years or 1,000 years or 500 years or just 100 years before the ‘48 War. Only 2 years before the ‘48 War made anyone in “Palestine” a “Palestinian refugee”.
