Yes Hoss, you are correct. However, I would like to just modify it a bit (in my hopeful mind). Perhaps, and this may be a long shot, the Palestinian Arabs do want a state, but it is their leaders who prevent them for getting one. And since historically, many of them are not . . . . . what's the best way to say this . . . . . literate(?) all they know is what that are fed from their leaders, from whom they believe know more than they do.

Actually, it could be a more complex issue. The Palestinians believe that they have a government that should look after them, but they no concept of what that costs, i.e. taxes, since they have never paid much, nor been taught that that is how the rest of the world's governments are funded to then provide basic services for their citizens. The reason? UN hand outs. UNWRA (or whatever that stupid ******* agency's initials are) as well.

Then International law of 1923 will be put in place and the Jews will receive the full 22% of Palestine for their National Home as originally stated.
