FOX 4 – A northern Indiana hospital has alerted more than 1,000 surgery patients who may have been exposed to hepatitis, HIV and other infectious diseases due to a sterilization failure. Goshen Hospital leaders said in a letter to patients that between April 1 and Sept. 30 a sterilization technician failed to complete one

Well there you have it your medical gods who know all just gotta tell you whose boss. ......Those vaccines oh they are made with pure love drink those up too.

I wonder what is going to happen to the person responsible for this matter. They had better pray and pray hard that no one ends up getting sick or its "You're fired!" for them because the hospital will then be sued by whoever is affected.
