City residents who don't have a debit or credit card or I-phone are told to go pound sand if wanting to park on public property. Of course, government forcing this upon people is blatantly un-constitutionand violates 31 U.S. Code § 5103 - what is a "Legal tender" for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues, and that is in addition to anti-discrimination statutes.
