It's not a matter of 'disagreeing,' as Rubio is in fact wrong on the issues:

He's wrong concerning privacy rights for women.

He's wrong concerning equal protection rights for gay Americans.

He's wrong about 'allowing states to decide' who will or will not have his civil rights. A citizen's inalienable rights are not subject to 'majority rule,' nor does one forfeit his rights and protected liberties merely as a consequence of his state of residence; Americans have the fundamental right to move freely about the country, along with their protected liberties, civil rights immune from attack by the states.

He's wrong on 'freezing' spending on everything but defense.

He's wrong on his support of a 'BBA.'

He's wrong to believe that 'free markets' can effectively regulate pollution.

He's wrong about America being the 'world's police,' and advocating for a 'military solution' to address terrorism.

To be fair to Rubio, of course, his fellow GOP candidates are likewise wrong on the same issues, and most other issues as well.
