Operation Warpspeed is real - and the answer to Biden's whole campaign

Seriously, I think voters need to understand Operation Warpspeed more than they seem...

1. Instead of just one vaccine candidate we are paying four or more companies to make different vaccines for us, all of them effective in slightly different ways, so the output and reach of future vaccines will be far greater than previous outbreaks by probably 5x. There should hundreds of millions of doses ready early next year.

2. The “science” on what a vaccine needs to qualify is already in place - the FDA created the document in June: https://www.fda.gov/media/139638/download

3. The “military precision” (Biden’s words) needed to distribute the vaccine is ALSO already in place by the Dept. of Defense. Check out their web site:

It would also help if the many supporters of Trump here got on Twitter and FB and reminded people of these facts. COVID is the only thing Biden has to criticize Trump (even tho I know it is lies) to the point where the public seems to agree, so some defense on our part would help.

I understand your wife's thoughts. It is sad to listen to Biden try to find the right words to say to make a sensical statement. There is no doubt his family has known his mental status for a good while, and I cannot imagine one of my own family members doing what Biden is doing/saying/messing up is the norm kind of thing on a public platform...and to see it happening while running for president. I would flip out and have to try to intervene, what are these people doing? Covering their eyes and ears and pretending everything is okay with him? There is no way they don't know his condition. I blame them a lot more than Biden, because a person in that state isn't exactly self-aware. All who live with him or are around him on a regular basis, all staffers, those who meet him on a short-term basis, even a one-time meeting most likely know without a doubt.

Unfortunately, there are politically hungry miscreants in the mix, and many of them are quite vocal about it as well with their intentions to move the country as far left as possible, and will do so in ways that are harmful to the country and at the expense/disposal of Joe Biden.

Pharmacies are fine. Do they have the staff to safely administer the vaccines....the scale to serve a whole neighborhood? Local Health Departments do. They do it every year for back to school vaccinations, flu shots, we did it for H5N1 back when I did pub sec.

Its just an observation....but local health departments have expertise. I'm sure between the doc-in-a-box locations, hospitals, etc... we'll be okay.

Instead of picking one company to be the "winner" and sole supplier, they have already contracted with all of these companies to buy millions of doses. Because they have spread out the orders you will have 4x or 5x the number of doses in the same amount of time as one company could only have made 20% of that number.

Plus, the approval process is super fast-tracked (per the FDA) and we even have the "right to emergency use" now because of a law signed by Trump (which was the reason he could get Regeneron).

That is Op Warpspeed. I don't know anything about county health departments, but I do know that both Walgreens and CVS are signed up to dispense the vaccines and that is where most Americans already go for vaccines.

That sounds good about having contracts with 5 companies to supply it, but I'm not as excited about the trials. They still have to work, first. Is everyone working on the same vaccine, or will we be getting 5 different vaccines depending on which supplier we happen to get?

For the most part, they all work in pretty similar ways, the idea being to attack the spike on the virus or to disable to receptacles they attach to in our cells. The biggest difference is the delivery, as in what they use to distribute the vaccine throughout the body. It is over my head truthfully, but I hear there should not be a significant difference in which vaccine you get (although personally, I would do the research on side effects before I chose to take a vaccine).

Yep, if Trump were any kind of shrewd politician as the Democrats are, he would be telling people this stuff himself-- -- at the debates, at rallies and on TV ads instead of just mentioning the title of the program as if everyone will research it themselves. But then, all he ever says of Obama and Biden is how they "spied" on his administration, which is the LEAST of what they did! They literally tried to block his campaign from winning, then tried a coup to try to get him falsely REMOVED.

Really, Trump SUCKS as a politician and if he wins reelection, it will be in spite of his many egregious errors. Trump's victories are a tribute to the DNC and Left's incompetence.
