I picked up this 5" S&W M&P in .38 special this morning. It's been nickeled so it was cheap....$200.00.

It would have looked a lot better had they not nickeled the hammer and trigger. The first sign of a non-factory nickel job.

Still and all a very solid/clean matching (even the grips) revolver for the price.....I like 5" revolvers.
 
What's the model #?
All in all, I'm digging the nickel job.
 
What would the gun's value be if it were in original condition with no nickeling?
