On October 15, 2025, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson drew a comparison between black Americans and disabled people during Supreme Court oral arguments

Dumb thing to say, but people say dumb things all the time.

Oh, my. She has no business being a judge, let alone a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.

One can only imagine the eye-rolling that the other Justices must have done.

She doesn't even know what a woman is .. cause she's not a biologist. Just more DEI fruit from the Biden/Harris administration that we'll have to live with for a long time.

She should start listening to the biologists.

I agree with her, but not for the same reasons.

The sad part is she is a DEI hire for life.

Sigh, maybe she will get hit by a train.....Lots of respectable people have been hit by trains....Judge Hobby over in Cookville was hit by a train. ;)

If the Supreme Court rules the right way the Republicans could pick up 19 House seats in the mid-terms.

The decision seems to hinge on whether the race of voters matters, or is it just the party of the voters that matters, such as, if a district is democrat majority but less than 50% of the democrats are black, should the black voters get another district for them?

Hoping the answer is NO. Blacks can win without making segregated districts.

The enumeration clause says this:

The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one

15th post
This woman is straight up retarded. She is a legitimate DEI appointment and we see how that works out time and time again.
It was plenty bad enough that she was nominated because she checked two boxes: female and black.

But let’s candidly acknowledge:

there was no Earthly reason she should EVER have been confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

The only disability they suffer is their own choices and actions

This shit always makes headline whenever Democrats lost the election. When Bush won in 2000, Democrats cried fraud and disenchantment even though the DOJ under Clinton couldn't find anything. We saw the same shit after Trump won his first term.
