The Trump Administration is trying to help these unaccompanied minors, and the first step is finding the ones that the Biden Administration lost track of.

Obviously.

Here Padilla leads a witness to decry the reductions in staff for the obbudspersons' office. I'm not sure what an ombuds person would do for an unaccompanied minor who likely has no access to a phone and would not know to call them if he or she did. They also talk about lack of legal council provided to these children. Again, how does a child interact with a lawyer and how will that lawyer determine what the child wants or needs?

But what I want to know is, do Democrats have any idea how these children found themselves on the border, and how someone induced them to cross north, with no parent or adult guardian to take care of them? "Not Democrats" are welcome to answer also, of course.

This is Ashley Moody, shocked that a Democratic witness said that "the Trump Administration claimed children were missing," when she (Moody" saw for herself the tragedy of these missing children while Florida AG.
