My personal stance is that if you are publicly vocal about hating law enforcement and defunding the police (I'd like to see them try to point out any nation that doesn't have laws and law enforcement), then you should be denied assistance from the very agency you claim to hate. Although, they should be required to sign a document informing them that no matter what situation they are in, they are not entitled to have assistance from the cops and that they can't take the law into their own hands, just suffer the consequences.
An exception to that would be those that have been diagnosed as "mentally-ill" or "insane."
