If you want really good entertainment and have a bunch of squirrels living around your house, try this..................

Buy a bird feeder about 4 ft high with a skinny pole (similar to the one in the OP), place it far enough away from trees so that they can't do what the squirrel in the OP's link did, and coat the whole stake, from the ground, all the way up to the bird feeder with Vaseline.

HOURS of enjoyment, and fun for the whole family! If a squirrel actually does manage to get to the feeder, simply re-coat the stake with more Vaseline.

Some engineer set up a squirrel maze of differing obstacles, some powered by hydraulics, and after each one was breached, he would increase the difficulty and was taking some awesome slo-mo video of how squirels can contort their bodies to glide through the air after they jump, eventually, all of the obstacles were breached. Most required memory to remember extensive patterns that did not work before.
