Wouldn't place my trust onto any news outlet in this matter.

Putin's character, perceptions and actions towards "traitors" are well know. (see Putin's own official remarks and speeches).
So if they dunked toilet-paper into Novichok or sprayed it onto whatever - who cares?

Putin simply ensures that traitors get the pay they deserve.

I very much doaubt Russia or Putin had anything to do with this Salisbury case, i have believed that since day one,for several reasons, one because Skripal was in a Russian jail for years and could have been killed at anytime.

I very much doaubt Russia or Putin had anything to do with this Salisbury case, i have believed that since day one,for several reasons, one because Skripal was in a Russian jail for years and could have been killed at anytime.

Well being in a Russian jail, or getting talkative in the West (spreading additionally false narratives) are seen and evaluated for sure differently, by Putin and his administration.
As long as Kim Jong-un's brother kept his mouth shut, everything was in butter, then he stared talking to the West - and poison (nerve-agent) made him quiet.
