Once again Brandon Tatum talks stupid while trying to excuse the police beating of a black citizen. This lawyer exposes Tatum's ignorance.
Black lawyer spent 30 minutes talking about if it was raining or not.
Even if the reason for being pulled over isn’t legitimate, you still have to comply with officer’s orders. He refused to provide license and registration. He refused to get out of the car when ordered. That means they will use force.
Here is the actual video, not all the irrelevant shit IM2’s black lawyer spent all his time talking about.
You want to **** around with cops then you’re going to jail.
Dude could had easily won his case in court about not driving with headlights on. Instead he chose to be a moron.
you don't know that for sureThe lawyer stated one fact of the case. What he showed was that the man didn't have to have his lights on because it was not raining at the time of the stop. That's very important.
It means this was a stop that never should have been made. The driver did what he was constitutionally allowed to do. You do not have to comply. The police were the morons and this guy is going to get rich.
White racists like you looking for reasons to justify this miss why I used the lawyer instead of the bodycam. If you watch the various footage, you see that the cops who pulled up did not have their lights on. So you really need to STFU.
100% false. You do have to comply. The lawyer stated one fact of the case. What he showed was that the man didn't have to have his lights on because it was not raining at the time of the stop. That's very important.

I watch cop cam videos all the time. Plenty of whiteys get pulled over and act just as dumb and they get pulled out and cuffed too.
The guy isn’t going to get rich because he broke the law in not following police orders and resisting arrest. It has nothing to do with the traffic violation.

Well your boy in the video clearly didn’t provide them. Did you even watch the video? You will be asked to provide your driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Inform the officer before reaching for these documents, especially if they are not immediately accessible
Look, dumb white racist, I've watched that video several times. The fact is that there never should have been a stop. Get that FACT into your racist head.Well your boy in the video clearly didn’t provide them. Did you even watch the video?
Nope you didn’t.
This doesn't sound right to me.The guy isn’t going to get rich because he broke the law in not following police orders and resisting arrest. It has nothing to do with the traffic violation.
You’re deflecting now.Look, dumb white racist, I've watched that video several times. The fact is that there never should have been a stop. Get that FACT into your racist head.
You should not have entered the conversation with your racially biased opinion that always defends police when they do things to blacks. The fact that the stop should not have been made is the most important point. The police were in the wrong, not the guy you want to blame. This is NOT about whether he should have complied, it is about the fact that the police should have complied with the United States constitution. And as long as people like you defend police when they are wrong, they will continue violating the constitution. You’re deflecting now.
I am not even disputing the initial reason he got pulled over could had been bogus.
He could had easily gotten that dismissed in court.
Instead he got all uppity and decided he didn’t have to provide ID and insurance. Then he refused to obey their orders. That gets you arrested.
I’ve watched dozens and dozens of police cam videos of white people getting arrested for the same thing. A trivial traffic stop turns into an arrest because people are dumb and want to be combative.
But even if the police officer was wrong, he might not have been doing it for racist reasons. Maybe he would have been the same kind of dick with a white driver, too. What you need to do is to nt hav

You're right MarathonMouth, he should listen to black men like Byron Donalds, Wesley Hunt and Tim Scott. They are some of the good ones. Smfh. You listen to very angry Black men. Part of your problem.
All Rise!
Tonight Lesson:
What are your rights when you get pulled over
Initial Actions When Pulled Over
When you observe flashing lights or hear a siren indicating you should pull over, activate your turn signal and move to the right side of the road as soon as it is safe to do so. Choose a well-lit area if possible, especially at night, to enhance visibility for both yourself and the officer. Once stopped, place your vehicle in park and turn off the engine.
If it is dark, turn on your interior lights to make the vehicle’s interior visible. Keep your hands in plain sight, preferably on the steering wheel, to avoid any sudden movements that could be misinterpreted.
Interacting with the Officer
Once the officer approaches your vehicle, lower your window to facilitate communication. You will be asked to provide your driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Inform the officer before reaching for these documents, especially if they are not immediately accessible.
You have the right to remain silent under the Fifth Amendment; you are not required to answer questions beyond identifying yourself and providing the requested documents. Politely state that you are exercising your right to remain silent if the officer asks questions about your destination or activities. While you must provide identification, you are not obligated to offer explanations for your actions.
The Fourth Amendment protects you from unreasonable searches and seizures. An officer cannot search your vehicle or person without a warrant, unless an exception applies. If an officer asks to search your vehicle, you have the right to refuse consent. Clearly state, “I do not consent to a search,”
