Yes they have the right to protest.

They can go get a City permit, and have a picket held within a certain perimeter on Wall Street.

They do not have the right to protest or hold a public assembly without a permit.
They do not have the right to block the street.
They do not have the right to riot.
They do not have the right to Stampede.
They do not have the right to block or to disrupt the flow of traffic.
They do not have the right to make it dangerous for those who work on Wall Street, to attend work.
They do not have the right to block the doorway to New York Stock Exchange building.

They do not have the right to disobey the NYPD while in New York City.
They do not have the right remove a Police barrier.
They do not have the right to go over a Police barrier.
They do not have the right to Damage a police barrier or any other Police equipment.

They do not have the right to camp out over night on Wall Street.

Just like Cindy Sheehan's crazy anti-war protesters faded away just before Obama's campaign it seems that OWS is laying low during the Hillary campaign. It ain't about the war or Wall Street, it's all about politics.

All we are saying is give peace a chance

We gave peace a chance.
The so called protestors don't want peace.
They want to declare war on the United States.

And its about time that the United States gave them the war that they want.
