A-Rod is about to eat a lifetime ban from baseball for using performance enhancing drugs. In 2012, Obama used the IRS to enhance his performance by hampering his enemies ability to raise capital. Think of all those ads in swing states that never ran because the 501 c(3) were held up by the IRS.
Obama also used information obtained by the NSA to help his reelection as well.
