Yeah, Obozo evidently considers ISIS taking over Anbar Province (where over 1300 of our troops died to pacify the province) to be a minor setback.....
Apparently he can't see it as being a major victory for ISIS, and a tragic waste of American lives after he turned the province over to ISIS.

He and the coalition following his lead have been doing a pretty good job of killing ISIS but there will always be some group of malcontents who want to make others pay for their perceived injustices.

If you followed any of the 191K links I posted, you saw the list of countries as well as what they have done.
If it does not answer your questions, I invite you to search for it yourself.

When it comes to foreign policy especially in the Middle East Obama much like Elvis has left the building. He's just running out the clock so he can pass ISIS on to the next President.
