The dumbest and most unAmerican man to even occupy the White House is now claiming he gonna save $622B in health Care costs.
He ain't saying how he's going to do it or what its going to cost to get there, but don't you worry, Old Bammy is up day and night trying to figure out ways to get that 10 year deficit under $9 trillion that's $30,000 for every American and $120,000 for a family of four.
We're going to save $622B, by switching to Geico.
