In 5 years of the most disastrous and scandal-laden administration in U.S. history, Barack Obama has never once accepted responsibility for anything of substance (ever couple of years he will claim responsibility for something completely trivial as a sound bite he can use to convince people of his "leadership").

Obama is blaming insurance companies for the millions who have lost their health insurance - despite the fact that during the crafting of the bill (before insurance companies even had any details) his own administration estimated that millions would lose their coverage. Nobody places the blame at the feet of others quite like Obama.
