Lord BrownTrout poster is behind the curve on what now the U. S. Consumer is up to. In fact, Consumer Revolving Credit, (credit cards), is back on the increase. Consumer Non-Revolving Credit, (student and auto types of loans), is back on the increase. That has happened during the Obama Administration, increase of business activity--federally supported.
FRB: G.19 Release--Consumer Credit-- May 6, 2011
Even Newt Gingrich will need three more wives: To make any headway with the Party of Abraham Lincoln at this time!
The Party of Abraham Lincoln had been opposed to banks in Atlanta, Vicksburg, Charleston, Chattanooga, Mobile, Birmingham, Dallas, New Orleans, Miami and in so many other places--making more loans! The Party of Lincoln said "No!" to a stimulus, pretending that banks preferred to not be making any loans at all!
So in that link, in fact the consumers were scared to death of those people. No further business was expected to happen. Revolving and Non-Revolving credit decreased! No further increase of consumer indebtedness occurred! That changed this year, finally.
Now the clamoring is for more business! Now the direction of gasoline prices is downward. Consumers have been clamoring for more since March! The is different from the March that Sherman intended, of the Party of Abraham Lincoln!
Especially small business owners know what credit cards are for!
The Party of Abraham Lincoln knows a thing or two about prevarication: And even when it comes to National Intelligence Estimates! Lincoln intended, "Preservation of the Union" with blockades, new general staffs, and intending a slave uprising in the South. That was their Party of Brotherly Love from the start, increasing in ardor in 1863. There was Martial Law in the North, and Federal Troops all over the South. That became known, at the Ivy League--and in all the textbooks--as true "Emancipation!"
In between, and even included, came the genocide--of the White People! Lincoln's god was war, 1852!
"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(The Ivy League in law continues to remind the planet that in America, the slain theologian of their Civil Rights movement is not celebrated for his religion--And for the usual reasons!)
