There is no doubt the fascist left must be removed from all sources of authority.

New York Attorney General: Let's Prosecute People Twice For The Same Crime

The guy convicted in a federal jurisdiction can be tried by another jurisdiction, a state jurisdiction if it has standing, without violating the law.

I dont agree with his pardon but my gawd... what a ****

Constitutional double jeopardy protection is not a loophole.

New York, like California, will eventually need to be repatriated.

D'Souza is guilty of being a non-white who doesn't support the Democrats....

OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happens all the time. State prosecutes a bad guy and he's found NG. Feds charge the guy with Civil Rights violations for the SAME ACTS.

Not double-jeopardy (according to the USSC).

D’Souzas crime was speaking out against obama. Had he been a Democrat he would have been slapped with a fine if anything was done at all.

How can NY ignore this abuse of power in their state?

That is merely your opinion. NY can prosecute if it so wants. There is no abuse of power.

You kids need to think here.

Did you really know what he was convicted of?

If not, look it up.

Then ask yourself: if he had done this to contribute to Hillary Clinton would you still say he deserves a pardon?

Be honest.

Funny how this kinda killed the thread.

No it can't. We're not surprised that all the forum douchebags would try to justify this. political prosecutions are the left's stock in trade.

As the example of Rosie O'Donnel shows, he wouldn't have even been prosecuted.

Some leftwing douchebags on the court decided that.

What did Rosie O'Donnell do?

To those of you who believe that a state and a federal court cannot judge and punish a crime arising from the same incident, I suggest you read U.S. vs. Lanza.

To suggest that 'double jeopardy' prevents the state and federal courts from prosecuting the elements of the same crime only reveals the ignorance of those making the argument.
