I picked this one up today, Navy Arms sold then back in the 80s. Yhey are supposed to mimic (very loosely) the 8mm Mauser 33/40 "mountain rifle".
The Chi-Coms used a funky side rail mounted scope, the same as the SKS rifles of the day did.....The damn mount is almost worth as much as the rifle. It uses CZ 452 mags as it's basicly a CZ/Brno type action.
I despise the side mount so I mounted a 4 X 25 scope in high rings on it as it was grooved for QD mounts.
I got lucky with a sling.....I had one for a K98 that was too short and just used it for display.....Just right for the little 20" barreled .22.
