Finally they are getting the story line correct. It was probably a misunderstanding. Non-citizen is a correct terminology if she is legally as a tourist or a student or H-1 visa worker, for example. tRUMPists let this be a lesson to you.

STAE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — A noncitizen of the United States was arrested in State College after being accused of shoplifting at Target.

Patton Township police said they were called around 3:24 p.m. Monday by Target’s loss prevention about a woman, later identified as Nicolae, putting items in a cart and walking out the front doors without paying, according to the criminal complaint.

Perhaps. If she's here ILLEGALLY, then it is not correct. The fact that she has no known address leads me to believe she is an ILLEGAL ALIEN.

To be fair she can probably be both. All illegal aliens are non-citizens..... I tend to agree with you that if she has no known address, she is most likely here without permission.

gee I wonder what she was trying to lift at target? :102:

Surprise, surprise.

A “misunderstanding”?

“putting items in a cart and walking out the front doors without paying,” according to the criminal complaint.

Really?

Alleged journalists can't even spell state? :(

There are over 653,000 homeless people in the USA with no address.

It’s just the Dembots way of conflating the illegal lowlifes with those here legally.

non-citizens, or people here legally, on work visas, or travel visas, or with green cards etc have never been an issue

The fact you lump them in with illegals is the problem. That's your prejudice and misunderstanding, not anyone elses.

I heard a “non-citizen” set a woman on fire in the subway and fanned the flames as she burned to death.

Does it matter how she got here?

Not to me

If she’s not a citizen any criminal activity should trigger automatic deportation

I’d even say drunk driving or speeding should trigger deportation. Why should Americans be put at risk because of a non-citizen?

Maybe not speeding or other minor traffic offenses

But certainly drunk driving should be a deportation trigger

Depends on how bad the speeding is. Some lunatic passed me on the highway going at LEAST 85 mph, coming up fast on cars’ bumpers and then quickly switching to the next lane, zigging and zagging like that until he was out of sight. If that driver was an illegal alien, why should Americans have ro risk a fatal accident thanks to his blatant disregard of our country’s laws?

If you are going to break into our country on false pretenses, soak up taxpayer benefits, lower the caliber of schools - then you damn well need to obey our laws.

A rolling stop….OK….but not speeding.

I think it depends on other factors

A non citizen mechanical engineer green card holder with no priors but a heavy right foot should get a break

Maybe where she comes from they walk out the door and pay outside. LOL.
