The kid will win. The state is required by law to educate all children living in the state sans politics and it is not up to a teacher to discriminate, no more than a teacher could refuse to teach black kids because she don't like them.

The teacher will be sued, the teacher will lose, but being that it is Washington state, the teach will probably not be fired.

If I were the kid's family, I'd push to get a different teacher or a better school district.

Whoa, slow down, not sure if most kids would know if they're being social programmed. If parents object, their kids should never be in the class.

Why wouldn't getting fired be in the card deck? If the teacher is discriminant against one kind of student, they could be discriminant against another, and one could be bad enough no matter what kind if student it is.

P.S. If the student in question is consistently disruptive enough in the wrong way while in class, then it's a different story. Right then is when they should be removed instead of the teacher.
