There is little doubt that Israel and Hamas are guilty of War Crimes...It will be hilariously funny when Netanyahu and the gang find themselves in a Jail Cell with Hamas....
Palestinians to press war-crimes case against Israel - Yahoo News

RAMALLAH, West Bank (AP) — Turning up the pressure on Israel, the Palestinians announced Wednesday that they are joining the International Criminal Court to pursue war-crimes charges against the Jewish state — a risky, high-stakes move that brought threats of retaliation from Israel and criticism from the U.S.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas acted a day after suffering a defeat in the U.N. Security Council, which voted down a resolution setting a three-year deadline for the establishment of a Palestinian state on lands occupied by Israel.
"We want to complain. There's aggression against us, against our land. The Security Council disappointed us," Abbas said.
Turning to the international court at The Hague marks a major policy shift, transforming Abbas' relations with Israel from tense to openly hostile. The ultimate goal is to pressure Israel into withdrawing from the territories and agreeing to Palestinian statehood.

What is so funny about this is that it is actually the Palestinians who want to pursue war crimes charges against Nutandyahoo instead of Israeli's. He should indeed be convicted for war crimes against his own Israeli citizens for his treatment of Palestinians with peace offerings, a security fence & land concessions to keep Palestinians in Israel to get his own Israeli citizens killed. Israel needs a leader like king Hussein who knew how to establish a lasting peace from Palestinians. Don't you agree? LET THERE BE PEACE ALREADY!

Didn't you read the posts that show the ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel and cant bring any charges, it is all in the UN and ICC charters.

They have lost all chances of getting what they want by using other people to do their dirty work, now they will have to to do it themselves and get kicked in the teeth by the UN

Israel is not a member of the court and does not recognize its jurisdiction. And the court has no police force and no authority to go into Israel and arrest suspects. But it could issue arrest warrants that would make it difficult for Israeli officials to travel abroad.

So anothe case of the palestinians missing a chance to miss a chance

See, for background:

Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court - Wikipedia the free encyclopedia

Notice the US, Israel and The Sudan are the only nations to have informed the UN Secretary General that they no longer intend to become states parties and, as such, have no legal obligations arising from their former representatives' signature of the Statute.

Note too that Clinton signed it and G.W. Bush (a few months before we began to use Enhanced Interrogation Techniques) informed the UN we no longer intend to become states parties and, as such, have no legal obligations arising from their former representatives' signature of the Statute.

Aha so let me get this straight. Israel persecutes 1.2 billion Muslims, right? Got news for you. No matter what the numbers, all Israel needs is just a few daisy cutters to protect itself from any attacks on Israel, let alone nukes. Oh PBel, what are we to do with you? But hey thanks for the laughs.

What thieving, were are the exchange of land deeds that took place for Israel in 1948. Did the palestininians get the same legal entitlement to the land, or is this why the UN has refused to recognise them

Yea, I'm crazy and Israel's MURDER of civilians (1780) in Gaza alone by indiscriminate bombing was Sane, just like you Adolph!

Read International law and the Geneva conventions to see who murdered those people. This is why the palestinians are losing every round
They haven't lost the Moral support of the 139 nations who voted them as an observer state to the 67 armistice lines at the UN...Israel is despised Internationally.

Could they afford to see their major cities wiped by return fire, deaths in the millions and the land unfit for human habitation. A tactical strike on gaza by a low yield device would take hamas out of the picture for ever, the west bank would be destroyed by friendly fire and the arab muslims would not give a damn

Netanyahu threatens Israeli response to ICC approach - Yahoo News

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday threatened "steps in response" to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's approach to the International Criminal Court and vowed to defend Israeli soldiers from any potential prosecution.
In a statement messaged to reporters, Netanyahu said the court could also target the Palestinians, citing Abbas' unity deal with Hamas Islamists, which he called "an avowed terrorist organization which, like ISIS, carries out war crimes".
"We will take steps in response and defend Israel's soldiers," Netanyahu said.

The Palestinians will Never Surrender to Israeli Thieving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What thieving, were are the exchange of land deeds that took place for Israel in 1948. Did the palestininians get the same legal entitlement to the land, or is this why the UN has refused to recognise them
Acquiring land deeds does not change the tax structure or the nationality of the Land...

Land has no nationality, that is only for people. And the land of palestine is for ever legally Jewish because the land owners did not factor in arab nationalism and its colonisation of palestine by arab muslims from all over the M.E..
Tax structure is not a deciding factor, but INTERNATIONAL LAW and INTERNATIONAL TREATIES are. And both these say the land is Jewish

The Palestinians will Never Surrender to Israeli Thieving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank God you are right about that. It's called Palestinian mentality. If the Palestinians ever surrendered to Israel they would be free from their own leaders who keep them living in ignorance & poverty with no hope for a Palestinian State. Long live Palestinian mentality.
I know you're old and a bit Krusty, but you would think with your experience in life and 139 violent expulsions from different counties that Israel and you would realizes that number 140 without acceptance and peace is inevitable when you consider that 500 million Arabs and 1.2 billion Muslims whom you persecute want to cut your throat.

Not too bright MJ...

And all they need is to get Taliban dominated Pakistan to send a few Nukes or just wait for Iran...Enemies have historically always achieved Armament parity with their enemies Let's see how it pans out.

Could they afford to see their major cities wiped by return fire, deaths in the millions and the land unfit for human habitation. A tactical strike on gaza by a low yield device would take hamas out of the picture for ever, the west bank would be destroyed by friendly fire and the arab muslims would not give a damn
You know that Radical Islamists could care less and let Allah sort them out...When they all have nukes then Israel will be ripe for a land invasion...The numbers are staggering...If Israel keeps E. Jerusalem by force, it is inevitable.
