What is so funny about this is that it is actually the Palestinians who want to pursue war crimes charges against Nutandyahoo instead of Israeli's. Didn't you read the posts that show the ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel and cant bring any charges, it is all in the UN and ICC charters.

Could they afford to see their major cities wiped by return fire, deaths in the millions and the land unfit for human habitation. Acquiring land deeds does not change the tax structure or the nationality of the Land...

Land has no nationality, that is only for people. And the land of palestine is for ever legally Jewish because the land owners did not factor in arab nationalism and its colonisation of palestine by arab muslims from all over the M.E..
Tax structure is not a deciding factor, but INTERNATIONAL LAW and INTERNATIONAL TREATIES are. And both these say the land is Jewish
