All kidding aside, how states count people and not citizens, to determine the number of Congress critters the State gets is 100% constitutional and following the constitution...anything different would require a Constitutional amendment.

There is some validity to that, but the Texas election system is not corrupted like it is in California.

In fact, the States elect the President. The State Electors in the Electoral College is what they use to cast their vote.

But motor voters is not a problem.... When it was first brought up I did a lot if research on it for California and it is NOT as the right wing claimed.

Non citizens getting driver's licenses in California require the non citizen to get their licenses under a different system and protocol in California than their citizens....they are NOT PART of automatic registration as those citizens getting a license.

Non citizens can only get a DL by making a one on one appointment with Bureau employees, with identification requirements from their home country, and other things, that keeps non citizens separated from citizens walking in etc....

Non citizens ARE NOT PART IF MOTOR VOTER, at all....so they are NOT automatically registered.

AND under federal law, all states that let non citizens get driver's licenses are required to MARK their driver's license as FEDERALLY RESTRICTED from voting in federal elections.

And under REAL ID laws, citizens now have to give proof of citizenship, when getting a driver's license now.

I should have been able to renew my license by mail last time, but they sent me a letter telling me I had to bring in proof of citizenship to renew.

If the registered voter didn't request the absentee ballot in federal elections, they do not get an absentee ballot mailed to them (unless in the states who are states using an absentee ballot only system),

and the swing states Trump contested...Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania... ALL required the legal registered voter to request a ballot be sent to them. You can't "farm them" when that procedure is in place.... Unless you mean harvest them from voters as "farm them"? In some of those swing states it is legitimate to gather (harvest) ballots of your family, or roommate, and drop them off in ballot boxes, or U.S. MAIL boxes or hand them all to a clerk at the Post Office.... Georgia was one of those states.

Harvesting ballots by workers hired by each political party... used to be common practice in most all states....and perfectly legal at the time.

But, some crooks hired by political candidates, (Republican) were caught collecting ballots from certain neighborhoods that polled voting for their opposition candidate ...ballots were collected by them door to door and HELD BACK, and never dropped off after they collected them...reducing votes for the opposition candidate, other instances where the collector sat and coerced the voter to fill out the ballot and vote a certain way, and crooked things like that took place.

It was not fake ballots created out of thin air and forged, that takes knowing who is on the voter roll for each precinct, their address to mail the ballot to, stealing it from their mail box, or the fake ballot with exact paperweight stock as the election office, knowing the voter signature, knowing the voter you are faking is not going to vote in that election and a whole bunch if other things, to be able to do massive illegal ballot stuffing in federal elections to be able to affect the election results and lots and lots and lots of people spread out throughout precincts in several states involved in the illegal conspiracy, and no one, not a single one ratting out throughout the 5 or 6 swing states and precints....
