Not at all. You see, we have something called Occam's Razor.

The simplest explanation is usually the right one.

Simple explanation- the guy was going to prison for the rest of his life, and he heard that Chomos are the lowest of the low in prison.

He made one previous attempt AND rewrote his will the day before to make sure his girlfriend was taken care of.
