It will bring 2 cups of water to a boil in 7 minutes, off of 1.5 oz of 90% isopropyl alcohol or denatured alcohol. That's pretty good. I think I might try making one of these today.

Went together quick and easy...I'll test it out tomorrow, after the RTV cures.
